This Service Order Delivery Policy explains how at-home carpet deep-cleaning service bookings are arranged and delivered.
1. Service Delivery
The services are provided at the customer’s nominated property within the applicable service area.
Unlike the delivery of physical goods, the completion of a service booking takes place through an agreed appointment at the customer’s property.
2. Order and Booking Process
The service process generally follows these steps:
- The customer selects the requested service and submits a booking request through the website.
- The customer provides the required contact, service address and appointment information.
- The website amount paid at the time of booking is a booking deposit only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The requested service, appointment details and applicable service arrangements are reviewed.
- The appointment is confirmed once the relevant arrangements have been accepted.
- The customer receives the applicable appointment information.
- The service is carried out at the agreed property and appointment time.
- Where a remaining balance applies, the applicable balance is handled in accordance with the agreed service arrangements.
- The booking is treated as completed once the agreed service has been carried out.
3. Deposit and Service Price
All prices displayed on the website are booking deposits only, unless a particular service expressly states otherwise.
The deposit is not the full service price.
Before the appointment is confirmed, the customer will be informed of the applicable service scope, total service charge, deposit amount and any remaining balance.
Where the requested service circumstances differ materially from the information provided during booking, the service arrangements may need to be reviewed before additional work is undertaken.
4. Appointment Confirmation
Submitting an order or booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment.
An appointment is confirmed only after the requested service, address, appointment time and relevant service arrangements have been accepted.
Confirmation may be provided by email, telephone or another agreed method of communication.
5. Service Timeframe
Appointments are arranged according to service availability and the agreed appointment schedule.
The expected service date and appointment time will be communicated during the booking process.
If circumstances outside the ordinary booking arrangements affect the agreed appointment, the customer will be contacted as soon as reasonably practicable to arrange an appropriate alternative.
6. Customer Preparation
Before the appointment, customers should:
- ensure that the agreed service area can be accessed;
- remove movable personal belongings from the relevant carpeted area where reasonably practicable;
- provide accurate information concerning the carpet and service location; and
- notify us of any relevant access restrictions or circumstances that may affect the appointment.
Failure to provide reasonable access or materially relevant information may affect the scheduled service arrangements.
7. Service Area
Services are available only within the applicable service area.
Availability may depend on the customer’s address, appointment schedule and the nature of the requested service.
Customers should provide the complete service address when submitting a booking request so that the appointment can be assessed and arranged appropriately.
8. Changes to the Requested Service
If the actual circumstances at the property materially differ from the information supplied during booking, the requested service may need to be reviewed.
Where a change affects the service scope or applicable charge, the customer will be informed before additional work is undertaken, subject to applicable law.
No additional work is required merely because it has been suggested; the applicable arrangements will be communicated before the relevant additional service is provided.
9. Completion of Service
The service is considered delivered when the agreed work within the confirmed service scope has been carried out at the customer’s property.
The appearance and condition of a carpet may vary according to its material, age, previous treatment, existing marks and general condition. Accordingly, the service does not constitute a promise that every existing mark or condition will be removed.
10. Appointment Changes and Delays
Customers who need to change an appointment should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where an appointment cannot proceed at the agreed time because of access restrictions, inaccurate booking information or other circumstances relating to the property, the appointment may need to be rearranged in accordance with the applicable booking terms and consumer rights.
Where circumstances affecting the appointment arise from our side, we will communicate with the customer and arrange an appropriate alternative in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
11. Customer Confirmation
Customers should review the service details, appointment information, deposit amount and applicable total charge before the appointment.
If any information appears incorrect or incomplete, customers should contact us promptly so that the relevant booking information can be reviewed.
12. Delivery and Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Bulgarian or European Union law.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a service booking, the relevant legal requirements concerning the withdrawal period, early commencement of services and completed services will apply.
Further information is provided in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
