Service Cancellation Policy

This Service Cancellation Policy explains the arrangements applicable to cancellations and appointment changes for at-home carpet deep-cleaning services.

1. Cancellation Requests

Customers who wish to cancel an appointment should contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided below.

Cancellation requests should include the customer’s name, booking details and requested cancellation date so that the relevant booking can be identified and processed.

Submitting a cancellation request does not by itself determine whether a refund is due. The applicable outcome depends on the booking status, the stage of service performance and any statutory consumer rights.

2. Website Deposits

All prices displayed on the website are booking deposits only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The displayed deposit is not the full service price.

Where a customer cancels a booking, the treatment of the deposit will depend on the applicable booking terms, the circumstances of the cancellation and any mandatory consumer rights.

Where a refund is legally due, the applicable amount will be returned in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

3. Appointment Changes

Customers may contact us to request a change to an appointment.

Requests should be made as early as reasonably possible. Changes are subject to appointment availability and the circumstances of the booking.

Where a requested change materially affects the service scope, appointment arrangements or applicable charge, the revised arrangements will be communicated before the appointment proceeds.

4. Cancellation Before the Appointment

If a customer cancels before the scheduled appointment, the cancellation will be handled according to the applicable booking terms and statutory consumer rights.

The timing of the cancellation may be relevant when determining the applicable treatment of the booking deposit or any amount already due under the agreed service arrangements.

Nothing in this policy removes a refund or other consumer right where such right is required by applicable law.

5. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

For certain distance contracts with consumers, European Union consumer legislation provides a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.

The right and its application depend on the nature and circumstances of the contract.

Where an applicable withdrawal right exists, customers may exercise it in accordance with the requirements of applicable Bulgarian and European Union law.

6. Service Requested to Begin Before the Withdrawal Period Ends

A customer may, where legally permitted, expressly request that a service begin before the expiry of an applicable withdrawal period.

Where the service begins following such a request, the applicable statutory rules concerning early performance will apply.

If the service is fully performed after the customer has expressly requested early performance and the applicable statutory requirements have been satisfied, the withdrawal right may cease to apply to the completed service.

Where only part of a service has been performed when a valid statutory withdrawal right is exercised, any amount payable will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cancellation After Service Has Begun

Once the agreed service has commenced, cancellation will be handled according to the applicable service agreement and mandatory consumer rights.

Where a service has been partially performed, the applicable legal provisions may affect the amount payable or refundable.

Where a service has been completed following a valid request for early performance, the statutory rules applicable to completed services will apply.

8. Failure to Provide Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the agreed service area at the confirmed appointment time.

If the service cannot proceed because the agreed area is inaccessible or material booking information was not provided accurately, the appointment may need to be rearranged.

Any resulting treatment of the booking deposit will be determined according to the applicable booking terms and mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes Required by Service Circumstances

If circumstances at the property materially differ from the information supplied during booking, the agreed service may require adjustment.

Where a change affects the scope or applicable charge, the customer will be informed before additional work is undertaken, subject to applicable law.

10. Cancellation by Us

In circumstances where an appointment cannot reasonably proceed, we may contact the customer to arrange a suitable alternative appointment or address the booking in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Where a cancellation by us results in an amount being legally refundable, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

12. Refund Processing

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Bulgarian or European Union law.

Where mandatory consumer legislation provides a right that differs from the arrangements described in this policy, the mandatory legal requirement applies.
